Robin is an AI-powered SMS platform that helps organizations automatically respond to text messages. By texting a Robin-powered number, you agree to receive automated responses. Organizations that create accounts on the Robin platform agree to additional terms covering billing, acceptable use, and their responsibilities to their own contacts. Standard message and data rates apply. You can opt out anytime by texting STOP.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Robin's SMS communication services operated by Birdhouse Technologies Inc. ("Robin," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Robin provides AI-powered SMS communication services that enable organizations to automatically respond to text messages from their audience. When you text a Robin-powered number, you may receive:
Message frequency varies based on your interaction. When you send a message, you will receive a response. If you opt-in to announcements, you may receive additional messages as determined by the organization you're communicating with.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
By texting a Robin-powered number, you consent to receive automated SMS responses. For announcement messages, you may be asked to provide additional opt-in consent. Robin Customers are responsible for ensuring their contacts have provided appropriate consent before receiving messages.
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time:
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You can re-subscribe at any time by texting the number again.
To create a Robin account, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may cancel your Robin subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@robin.guide. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your account until then.

Robin reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be sending prohibited content, without prior notice.

Robin may integrate with or connect to third-party services and platforms. Robin is not responsible for:
Your use of any third-party integrations is subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policies.
The Robin platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Birdhouse Technologies Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without our prior written consent.
Content you provide to configure Robin (such as FAQs, event details, and organization information) remains yours. By providing it, you grant Robin a licence to use that content solely to operate and improve the service on your behalf.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Robin and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Robin operates in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Customers operating in the United States are additionally responsible for compliance with applicable US federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Customers of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where practical, via email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
