Program Description

Robin provides AI-powered SMS communication services that enable organizations to automatically respond to text messages from their audience. When you text a Robin-powered number, you may receive:

• Automated responses to your questions powered by AI
• Event announcements and updates (if you opt-in)
• Informational messages about the organization you're texting
• Promotional messages (only with your consent)

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction. When you send a message, you will receive a response. If you opt-in to announcements, you may receive additional messages as determined by the organization you're communicating with.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send spam, fraudulent, or misleading messages
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

AI-Powered Responses

Robin uses artificial intelligence to generate automated responses. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI responses are generated based on information provided by the organization operating the service
• Responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI responses should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
• For critical matters, please verify information through official channels

Intellectual Property

The Robin platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Robin Guide Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robin and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
